Welcome to the Admission Office

The Admission Office of Community Based Conservation Training Centre — Likuyu Sekamaganga welcomes all prospective students who wish to build their careers in tourism, tour guiding, wildlife conservation and community-based natural resources management.

Our office provides guidance and support on the programmes offered, entry requirements, application procedures, fees, the selection process, application status and joining instructions. The Admission Office also assists applicants, parents, guardians, sponsors and stakeholders with admission-related enquiries throughout the application and enrolment process.

Programmes Available

Community Based Conservation Training Centre — Likuyu Sekamaganga receives applications for both Long Courses and Short Courses.

Long Courses

  • Basic Technician Certificate in Tourism and Tour Guiding — NTA Level 4.
  • Technician Certificate in Tourism and Tour Guiding — NTA Level 5.
  • Ordinary Diploma in Tourism and Tour Guiding — NTA Level 6.

Procedures for short courses application:

For Training on Integrated Community Based Natural Resources Management, Village Game Scouts (VGS) and Tailor made (special) courses, please communicate with Principal for training reservation and more details.

Organizations intending to bring in course participants are kindly requested to confirm the actual number of trainees expected at least one month prior to the commencement of the respective course.

Applicants are advised to read the entry requirements carefully and choose the programme that matches their qualifications and career goals.
